Emotionally Speaking…

I don’t want emotions to influence my thinking.

My thinking should be influencing my emotions.  Where is my mind, then?  Where do I place it? Where have I left it?

As I immerse my mind in the Living Word of G-d, His Holy Ruach sanctifies my emotions. This is to be influenced and governed by The Ruach HaKodesh – body, mind, & (emotion) spirit!

1 Thessalonians 5:23 – ‘Now may the God of peace Himself sanctify you completely. And may your spirit, soul, and body be kept sound and blameless for the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.’

Women are more spiritually sensitive as a function of our prescriptive role as Ezer Kenegdo. However, that also opens us up to influences of various deceptive spirits since we are such spiritually astute beings.

Nachash was lurking in the background as Ezer Kenegdo was built (banah) FOR Adam to serve ADONAI’s Holy Purpose [Oneness].

Nachash had hoped to appeal to her spiritual sensitivities (which is EMOTIONALLY) in order to tempt her away from the ONENESS in His Holy Ruach.  In fact, the Serpent was so confident of his devious plan that he felt he didn’t even need to finish his sentence with her [as Hebrew Text reads in Genesis 3:1]:

 ‘Spoke to Ishshah, EVEN IF said ELOHIM ‘Do not eat from any tree in the Garden’…

 Can you hear the silver-tongued Adversary craftily tempting Chavah?

‘How do you ‘feel’ about this, Ishah? G-d’s Words are optional and open to interpretation. GO WITH YOUR FEELINGS! Please make assumptions (you little wretched creature)!’
